Buffalo Bills vs. Tennessee Titans

Bills Fantasy Insight

Josh Allen is currently the QB4 after starting slow to start his 2021 campaign. He tore up the Chiefs’ defense last week posting nearly 37 fantasy points. He’s a top 5 quarterback and is a matchup-proof must-start.

Zach Moss has taken over the backfield as Devin Singletary has faded to a minimal role this season. Moss has scored double digits in all four games he’s played in this season. In five games, Singletary has only seen double digits once. Sit Singletary and plug Moss into your flex.

Stefon Diggs has been disappointing this season, but he’s still seeing an elite target share of 9.2 per game. He’s a WR1 this week, while his production is bound to come. Emmanuel Sanders is seeing 6.2 targets a game, but most of his fantasy points are coming from touchdowns. Touchdowns aren’t something you want to count on, so he’s a low-end flex option for me. Cole Beasley and Gabriel Davis have been non-factors in fantasy and should remain on your bench. Dawson Knox on the other hand has been ballin’ out and is currently the TE3 in PPR. He’s another guy who’s touchdown dependent, but tight ends are much thinner than wide receivers, so you need to continue to ride the hot hand of Knox.

Tyler Bass is the #1 kicker in fantasy matching the Bills D/ST who’s also at the top of the rankings. Start both in Week 6.

Titans Fantasy Insight

Ryan Tannehill is going to be a risky start against a strong Bills’ defense. He’s going to have both of his top receiving options back in A.J. Brown and Julio Jones which will help, but I’d rather start a guy like Taylor Heineke than Tannehill. Don’t get cute and start someone like Davis Mills or Geno Smith over him in a Superflex format, which is the only format I’d be starting Tannehill.

Derrick Henry is always a no brainer start every week. The volume he’s seen has been huge and he’s capitalizing on it. Even against a great Bills run defense, the RB1 will continue to do RB1 things and put up big time numbers in Week 6. Jeremy McNichols is someone you may want to roster in deep, DEEP leagues but isn’t someone you want to plug into your flex spot no matter how desperate you may be.

There are really only two fantasy relevant wide receivers I’m going to talk about: A.J. Brown and Julio Jones. Brown has let his fantasy managers down so far this season, but when healthy, he’s seeing a high target share. Last week he was eased back in and only played 64% of snaps. He’ll be a full go this week so plug him into your rosters. Julio, on the other hand, is coming back from injury and is a low-end flex option for me. I have a feeling he won’t be too involved in the pass game this week and won’t see a high enough volume to be super relevant. Anthony Firkser is the TE45 and should remain on your waiver wire.

Randy Bullock has been pretty reliable for the Titans, but the offense hasn’t been efficient enough to get to the redzone too often. He’s a streaming kicker, but you can probably find a better option out there. The Titans D/ST in a must bench. They’re going to get worked over in Week 6.
